Ian's practice has featured dispositive motion practice in several aspects of construction defects claims, as well as insurance claim bad faith and insurance coverage. Before beginning his insurance defense practice, Ian gained invaluable exposure to federal litigation practice during his term as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Gregory K. Frizzell, District Judge of the Northern District of Oklahoma.
