Amelia brings a background in business and negotiation to her work, which already has featured high-level briefing in time-critical engagements. Her law school experience included emphasis on animal law and an internship with the Oklahoma Horse Racing Commission, as well as Indian Law, culminating with publication of her Note that explores how the Indian canons were designed to protect tribal sovereignty, ensure the liberal construction of ambiguous provisions in favor of tribes, and prevent the abrogation of tribal land and rights.
