Diane Black is an accomplished attorney and business executive with more than 20 years of experience in litigation, employment law, corporate governance, compliance, and business operations. She has served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel at Insight One Solutions LLC, where she built and led an enterprise-wide legal department while advising executive leadership on legal strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, and organizational growth. and is recognized for her practical legal counsel, collaborative leadership, and commitment to delivering strategic solutions for clients and organizations. Before taking on her corporate counsel roles, Diane practiced insurance defense litigation with two Tulsa-area law firms.
