Transport and Trucking Law

Oklahoma is the crossroads of the nation: three major interstates and Route 66 intersect in the heart of the State. We represent motor carriers when the crossing through Oklahoma does not go according to plan; we do the same for accidents that involve Kansas and Arkansas. Our recent significant cases involved fatalities in the context of truck/car collisions, truck/pedestrian and truck/roadworker accidents, and the collapse of a span of bridge of an interstate highway. Trucking and road transport is the basis of most of our work in this area, but other means of transport also are part of our practice. We have defended manufacturers sued in connection with fatal air crashes, including the Oklahoma State University basketball team tragedy.
