Denelda L. Richardson is an associate with Rhodes Hieronymus. Her areas of emphasis include litigation and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Rhodes Hieronymus, Denelda served as Administrative Assistant and later as Law Clerk to The Honorable Sven Erik Holmes of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. She served as Administrator for the Council Oak American Inns of Court from 1997 to 2000 and held the position of Diversity Fellow with the Tulsa County Bar Association for the 2004-2005 year. Denelda serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee (President 2008-2009) of the not-for-profit organization, Total Source for Hearing-Loss and Access ("TSHA"). She is proficient in American Sign Language.

Denelda earned her Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources, magna cum laude in 1996 from Southern Nazarene University. In 2003 she obtained her Juris Doctor degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi and the Women's Law Caucus, and a founding member of the Part-Time Student Association. She received Cali Awards in Civil Appellate Practice & Procedure; Jurisprudence; Advanced Legal Writing - Nonprofit Law Seminar; Legal Reasoning, Authorities & Writing II; and Trial Practice. She became licensed to practice in 2004. Denelda is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations; Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel; and the Defense Research Institute.

Ms. Richardson is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas; the Fifth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the U. S. Supreme Court.
