![]() Theresa Noble Hill is a partner with Rhodes Hieronymus. Her areas of emphasis include complex civil litigation, construction law, and environmental law. Theresa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Studies from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, in 1992. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 where she received a Dean's Scholarship and was on the Dean's Honor Roll. She was admitted to practice in North Carolina in 1999 and Oklahoma in 2001. She is co-author of the Oklahoma chapters in the "State-by-State Guide to Architect, Engineer and Contractor Licensing", "Fifty State Lien and Bond Law" and the "State-by-State Guide to Construction Contracts and Claims".
