Theresa Noble Hill is a partner with Rhodes Hieronymus. Her areas of emphasis include complex civil litigation, construction law, and environmental law.

Theresa earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Studies from the University of Victoria, British Columbia, in 1992. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 1999 where she received a Dean's Scholarship and was on the Dean's Honor Roll. She was admitted to practice in North Carolina in 1999 and Oklahoma in 2001. She is co-author of the "State-by-State Guide to Architect, Engineer, and Contractor Licensing," Volume 2, for its 1999, 2000, 2001 editions and "Fifty State Construction Licensed Bond Law," 2000, 2001, 2002. She is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Federal, and American Bar Associations.
