Lindsay J. McDowell is an associate with Rhodes Hieronymus. Her areas of emphasis include employment law and insurance defense.

Lindsay earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Oklahoma State University in 1999 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. She was a member of the National Whittier Juvenile Law Moot Court Team from 2002 - 2003 and served as Student Bar Association Class President. Lindsay currently serves as Chair of the Executive Committee for the Young Lawyer’s Division of the Tulsa County Bar Association, where she has been a member since 2003. She is a past member of the Young Lawyer Committee of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel. She was selected as a participant in the 2008-2009 Oklahoma Bar Association Leadership Academy.

Lindsay is a member of the Tulsa, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations (Labor and Employment Law division), Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel,Defense Research Institute and is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Oklahoma, the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
