![]() John H. Tucker is a partner in Rhodes Hieronymus and concentrates his practice in a broad range of civil litigation and appellate cases. In addition to his work for clients, he is the Senior Adjunct Settlement Judge, Special Projects, in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma. He was Chairman of the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Committee for the Northern District of Oklahoma and the Oklahoma delegate on the Tenth Circuit Advisory Committee of the U.S. Court of Appeals. Best Lawyers in America lists him in two categories: commercial litigation and negligence. John is a Fellow of the Oklahoma and American Bar Foundations, a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and currently serves as a Regent of the College. Mr. Tucker is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Oklahoma Chairman of the United States Supreme Court Historical Society and a Master of the American Inns of Court.
