Dan S. Folluo is a partner in Rhodes Hieronymus. He concentrates his practice in civil defense cases with an emphasis in products liability, trucking law, extra contractual defense and professional liability.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University in 1982 and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa in 1985.

He is Past-President of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel (1998) and was co-editor of the Association's newsletter (1996 - 1997) and Board Member (1995 - 1999). Dan is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association events and is an Adjunct Settlement Judge for the Oklahoma State Court System. He is a member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Defense Research Institute (Exceptional Performance citation, 1998). Dan is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (2006-present), serving as Secretary/Treasurer for the Oklahoma Chapter in 2010. He is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
