Daniel D. Draper, III is Of Counsel to Rhodes Hieronymus specializing in commercial litigation, products liability, fire loss, personal injury/property loss; construction law; business/corporate law; avaiation law; and insurance receiverships and liquidation.

Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 1994. He earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1996. Dan received a Certificate in Public Policy and Regulation and earned his Juris Doctor, with honors, from the University of Tulsa in 1999.

He is admitted to practice in the Oklahoma Supreme Court and all Oklahoma State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the Muscogee (Creek Nation).
